Nitin has more than 17 years of experience in the field of leadership development and counseling and has been a consultant for various knowledge sharing sessions at different institutes/organizations in the United States, India and Singapore. Some of his expertise has been in areas such as Organizational Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion, Change & Transformation amongst many others. One of the highlights of his career was when he volunteered for President Obama’s Presidential campaign in 2007-08 for the Midwestern college states. In his career, Nitin has presented at several national and international conferences on topics ranging from Leadership Development, Intercultural Communication, The Millennial Generation, Diversity & Inclusion, Managing Conflict and Navigating Change.

Nitin joined CCL in 2014 as the Regional Director responsible for developing the CCL Leadership development footprint across Asia Pacific, including the Emerging markets. Working with the client solutions team and faculty, he is responsible for specifically growing the Asia market and developing solutions and facilitating programs to clients in Singapore and around the region. Prior to CCL, Nitin lived and worked in the United States for 15 years before moving to Singapore in 2010. He has been a pioneer in establishing new flagship programs at various business schools and training institutions across Asia and the United States.

Nitin has a Bachelors in Psychology and a Master's in Higher Education both from the United States. 

He is a certified counselor from the American Psychological Association in the field of personal Counseling and certified in various Self-Assessments tools for Leadership Development.
