Jed is the Head of L&D - Asia Pacific and Latin America regions for Facebook. L&D’s mission is to nurture the culture of Facebook by developing leadership at all levels in which internal communities accelerate learning; where learning contribution is as important as consumption and learning is “just enough, just in time, just for you.”  Our end-game and passion is building a viral and sustainable learning culture which is strength-based, builds meaningful inclusive communities and naturally gravitates to address real root cause issues in hyper-growth and hyper-speed environment.  Jed has 20 years’ experience in USA, Europe and Singapore in the learning area mostly in consulting and finance industries. His last role prior to Facebook was in AIG where he was the Global Head of Professional Development.
