As a geoscience expert in Oil and Gas, Higher Education, and Talent Management, Jacques has been in charge of attracting and then coaching, and developing the new geoscientist generations of “Xennials” and “Digital Natives” (Millennials and Z-Gen) he recruited.

He is now following up on their adaptation and evolution in a corporate environment. Posted as a headhunter and a higher education advisor in Talent Management in diverse countries for the Total Group, he contributed to establishing the link between the professional field of Geoscience and Human Resources Management. He developed sustainable programmes to reinforce capacities in high schools (Angolan Merit High Schools), universities (research and teaching) and Natural Resources (inventory).

He holds a PhD in Geology obtained from the University of Rennes (France). Furthermore, he has completed a post-doctoral research programme (HDR enabling him to teach, supervise research and manage Master’s and PhD students.
