As Head of Learning & Development for KPMG Germany, Nina is responsible for all areas of strategic talent development for the organisation’s 10,000 employees, i.e. enablement & digital learning, diagnostics & leadership development, employee engagement & performance development.
Prior to joining KPMG, Nina worked as a strategic talent & change consultant for IBM’s Global Business Services in London. In this role, she supported global organisations in the design and implementation of new organisational functions, talent management and leadership development programmes as well as having responsibility for developing and implementing comprehensive and sustainable change, and people management strategies, frameworks, and processes.
Nina holds a doctoral degree in business administration and has published articles in internationally renowned journals as well as being a regular speaker at international conferences and expert forums.
